Peggy Walton

When Peggy Walton joined the LeGaye Law Group in 2010, she brought over 20 years of financial, accounting and bookkeeping experience with her.  Peggy’s financial responsibilities and duties for the LeGaye Law Group and its clients include: oversight and preparation of financial reporting,  which includes preparing complete monthly financial report packages, reviewing and reconciliation of revenue and expenses, general ledger activities, intercompany processing and reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and many other aspects of financial reporting.  Peggy is also responsible for oversight and management of client financial regulatory filings, preparing client annual audit reports and work with the auditors through the audit process.  As she works closely with our client to provide all needed financial services, she also provides such services as cash management and forecasting, project costing and cost analysis.

Prior to joining the LeGaye Law Group, Peggy functioned as the Senior Accountant and Managing Accountant with two major privately owned corporations located in Texas.
